Hi there!
I am Elif (Aleph), better known as Y Nesil Avukat (Millennial/ Generation Y Lawyer). As you might guess from the name, I am a typical millennial who is interested in new things, who keeps a bullet journal and likes to do research.
When I graduated from Bilkent Law this spring, I looked for information regarding the one-year long apprenticeship law degree holders need to do to in order to be admitted to the Bar. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find much.
Being someone who doesn’t like to sit around and who is passionate about writing, I decided to record my experiences and note down useful information during my legal internship period so that when there is a new grad, just like me, s/he can find out what s/he needs to do. (By the way internship related posts will be in Turkish due to the bar being Ankara Bar but you can ask me anything if you are curious about Turkish law system.)
I continue creating content around my master’s degree and UK adventures.
